I was very happy with the outcome of my new roof. I call it a new roof because I change the color so it looks like a brand new roof. I had this leak for years and use tarps to cover which made my house look like an eyesore. But after applying two coats there is no more leak. We had some heavy rains recently in Southern California where I live, and no leaks. The product was very easy to apply I recommend the thickest nap you can get. I along with my two sons applied this using rollers in three days. I highly recommend this. And with the 10 year warranty , I have peace of mind. The company says it lasts for 10 years and if you need to after 10 years you can re-paint again. I highly recommend roofcoat.
